Dear customer, To ensure even faster, more transparent, and smoother communication during maintenance or incidents, we are upgrading our Status Page platform. As of September 1st, tracking for ID Cloud, Safe App, and Unico DOC services will be available through a new interface, using the same URL: https://status.unico.io/ All other services will remain on the current interface, with no changes required.
What you need to do regarding notifications:
- Email: No action is needed. Your subscription has been automatically migrated, and you will continue receiving alerts as usual. - Webhook, Slack, SMS, and other channels: Starting September 1st, please visit the link and re-subscribe to your preferred channel.
